IslandKat Photo has been bringing the beach into homes for years now. Our work is primarily of the Alabama Gulf Coast and the Florida Panhandle, but every so often you can find a few South Florida shots in the mix as well. We offer our work to you on canvas and photo papers. All of our pictures are printed to be museum-quality archival, with rich, vibrant colors that make you feel you are relaxing with your feet in the sand as your toes play in the surf.
While showing primarily in what we fondly call LA (lower Alabama) several pieces have found their way above the Mason/Dixon line, carried victoriously by those called by the lure of sea, wanting to keep a part of it with them when they return to reality.

The majority of our prints, moving towards all, are giclee's. This is how we are able to have such true-to-life intense and beautiful colors that make you feel you are standing right in the photograph. If you would like a certificate of authenticity stating such that will be provided at no additional cost to you.
Our schedule is very flexible. If you are planning a holiday to the Gulf Coast area and would like to schedule beach portraits for your family, give us a call or drop us a line.
If you are interested in supporting local artists in the Gulf Shores, Foley and Orange Beach areas, please be sure to stop by the Foley Performing Arts Center and the Orange Beach Art Association. These locations showcase local artists who utilize various media to present their works. You're always sure to find interesting things and people who are only too pleased to answer your questions!
IslandKat Photo is dedicated to supporting those attempting to develop cures and treatments for Alzheimer's. The organizations striving to save those animals and marshlands of the Gulf of Mexico are near and dear to our heart as well. A portion of each of our sales goes toward these groups.
